When my rose arrived the packaging was very secure. It's been a few weeks now and it's starting to get tiny green leaves. It looks very healthy. I emailed with my concerns of it's arrival time and I received a timely response as to how the delivery system works. They put me at ease. The care instructions are are wonderful and helpful. I'm hoping for a beautiful rose next year. Great company and I look forward to going through them for any more garden needs and flowers in the future. Thank you~
