Down to Earth

I find all of the Star Essences very high quality and with frequencies to match. I have appreciated and shared these unique Essences with my Reiki Clients and in meditation circles. Down to Earth brings in a deep connection to Mother Earth and a reminder that we are all connected with each other through her as well. Grounding is extremely important, especially when you are running energy yourself during treatments or exploring alternative realities in deep meditation

Stabilising & centred amongst energy shifts

Down to earth has been a support to me when other means of grounding aren’t accessible. I find in these changing times if the energies are a bit overwhelming some of the down to earth in water on my feet is stabilising. I also feel very centred from using it and clearer in thought. Sometimes I notice these are a short while after use, as if it takes a little time to work through.
