Thin Top Covers repurpose insoles

I had some tread labs insoles in my ski boots that I really loved. My feet were hurting in my cycling shoes, so I thought I'd take the insoles from my ski boots and try in my cycling shoes, but they didn't really fit - they were both too thick and too small. Got some new Pace Thin Top Covers, cut them to size for my cycling shoes, and re-used the arch support portion of the insole from the ski boots... wow, what a difference, much more comfortable cycling long distance - just completed an Ironman in them with zero foot pain. Now I need to order new arch supports to put back in my ski boots before ski season!
