High Altitude Flight Bag

First of all I do online shopping because I don’t have time!! Nor for returns. So the product color I purchased was JET BLACK. What I received was a Grey!! I already have the grey. I actually love this product for travel. BUT I don’t think I will ever order from this company ever again. I’ll just give it to someone. I’ve purchased many products from GP. Including 3 suitcases. Which 2 of the 3 the telescoping handles broke in the same manner for both while traveling at different times having to ditch the products and buying a new suitcase on my trip. I also have the Away suitcases as well they’re about the same age and have had no issues. I was trying to save money and buy a less expensive product. And at the end it actually cost me more. You get what you pay for. But getting back to the original issue, why did I get the wrong color??? I am officially done with Genius Pack. I will make sure to tell everybody I know to stay away and just buy AWAY!!

Best Purchase for travel

Recently bought this bag and a bag pack. I am so glad I got the High Altitude Flight Bag. It was convenient, contained all the essential items for travel (passport slot, place for charger and other items). Additionally, it did not take up very much room at my feet, so I had room to stretch out on the plane.
