Great customer service, but......

The customer service I received from Latest Bedding was outstanding. However the quality of the bedding is mediocre at best. This is the 4th J Queen set I have purchased. J Queen has been my go-to because of the great quality. The fabric, the fill etc. This set is disappointing in the material is thin as is the fill. As with many companies, I believe quality is being sacrificed.
