Teapigs Calm

Organic is a plus. It is easy on the stomach and it helps me at night to relax and sleep well. I love it but I used to find it in whole Foods and it is not there now. It is too costly to pay shipping all the time. Buying several boxes is a risk because my body might get too used to them over time
