Delicious creamy cheese

I haven't had this cheese for 40 years, and the memories it brought back to me were wonderful. This delicious, creamy medium cheese was wonderful. We will get more!

A cheese for everyone...

This one was a big hit with everyone! It reminds me of Emmentaler... absolutely delicious. It has a permanent spot on our cheese board going forward.

I'm still looking for a new traditional taste of the old Oka cheese. This comes pretty close but not with the rich smells of the old Oka.
