Fortifying Shampoo

A shampoo to follow a shampoo? That is how this is to be utilized per the instrucitons. It is to follow either of the other 2 shampoos offered and supposedly it moisturizes scalp and hair. Is that not what conditioner is about? (maybe not scalp but definitely hair.) Either way, this does absolutely nothing but foam up and rewash which is silly. My scalp and hair is no more moisturized if I use this or not. Do not waste your money.

Did nothing for my hair at all. Not only that, the conditioner pump has never worked. Highly disappointed and wish I could return!
