Customer service was awesome and attentive, replying queries and emails promptly and very helpful. Shipping and delivery was speedy as well despite coming from overseas and over a holiday period. Most of all, item was great and an added bonus to receive a more expensive color option than what I expected and am very delighted with that, the burring was much smaller and less noticeable than expected so go ahead and purchase this to save yourself some money if that was what you are worried about!

Received a good condition Cardio IV, happy with purchase. Delivery took longer than expected (more than 2weeks) but communication with seller was transparent with fast replies that they were out of stock initially with offers for refund. Stock did arrive and was shipped out quickly thereafter.
