I purchased a new bed with the shadow cover late last fall. I don't love the cover I selected because shadow is just black. I was hoping/thinking it was dark gray. Since last December I've been trying to order a replacement cover in a different color. In Feb I emailed the help desk and they told me it should be available late April. Its now May and still shows waitlist. I'm frustrated and ready to entirely move on from this brand.
