GMG Trek Griddle Hack UPS and downs
Well made and shipped fast to the UK, a really solid item. Installed and seasoned then next day into a good old fashioned full English - cooked great, only downside is the fit is a bit off (small width wise) so when the GMG fan kicks in you can get ash blow up and if you’re not careful it will make contact with the ambient temp probe and due to width issue you have to keep the lid closed or you lose temp rapidly. Here we are multiple burgers and breakfasts in and it’s still in use over the cast plate so it’s going well and will keep being used

Bacon and smash burgers.
Got my griddle for Father's Day. Did my first cook on it for July 4th and worked as advertised. Did a great job of cooking bacon and then smash burgers.
