Flair vent works great, battery life very good. Highly recommended.

For the most part, they do what they are supposed to do. They have a couple flaws which I hope will be fixed soon. A small one (cheap screws and the outside grill screws on the vents are about 1/8" shorter than they should be), and a bigger problem you need to plan for in that the bridge distance is shorter than it should be (longer antenna maybe?) so you need more than one. But they are the only tech I have seen that accurately modifies airflow to balance temps... which is why you buy them.
