Ordered these pants and received the 989 Chino. Returned the pants and was supposed to be sent a replacement. Got the exact same 989 Chino pants again. I looked at the picture of the shoreman pant and the 989 Chino extensively and what I've received is definitely the 989 Chino. Idk what's going on in the warehouse but you guys need to get your merchandise properly sorted.

Wrong or defective product

Pants looked different than pictured online. Order receipt said “Shoreman Pant” while shipping receipt and tag on pants said “Lay Pant”. Pants were also missing one of the belt loops on the front. Returns page on site wouldn’t load. Emailed support and got no response.
