I love this cuff…but I have also emailed 3xs with no response concerning a bracelet that broke from a Nov. order bc it was not welded completely. Love this company - but can’t understand why I have received no response for my one concern. I have purchased many bracelets over the last year.

As my friends and I have all turned 50 over the last couple of years, I have given serenity cuffs over and over as birthday gifts to those I love. It is a gift that is universally adored and represents so much to me and my friends -- faith, hope, love...and the greatest of these is LOVE!
