The products might be good but I didn’t have a very pleasant customer service experience with the company sadly. My products didn’t arrive for a shoot I needed them for. I understand this is due to the carrier and can’t be helped but the company washed their hands of it in a “it’s not our problem” way, despite me paying extra for fast track delivery with a clear exact delivery date stated at checkout (nowhere did it say “estimated”). Rather than cover the return shipping costs of the items I no longer required, ensuring a happy customer and return business, they referred to a “computer says no” approach. On top of which they suggested it was my fault for not checking with them in advance that the deadline could definitely be met.

It's a lovely bit of kit. Have only used it for one project but it held the phone well. Didn't use it with any lens accessories. Hope to.

This is the best overall phone rig on the market. We play rough and admit on destroying some, but the phone survived. We use this rig with tripods and shoot for broadcast news. Easy to use and attach all kinds of toys. I’ll buy more.
