Not durable
Falls off easily as it is an attachment. Not secure at all.

i guess alchemy means a complete lack of respect for their customers?
i am appalled at the lack of customer service from these people. I've sent multiple emails and gotten no response. I have a messenger bag and one of the plastic buckles broke. you'd think i'd be able to get a replacement but who knows? i don't think they actually ever look at their correspondence.
