Love the corned beef.
Your corned beef is the best and it's because it is so much less salty. Still perfectly corned, cooked and thinly sliced but not overly salty.

Very tender and delish
Enjoyed just eating a slice by itself...or putting a couple of slices between a slice of bread...and heating in in the microwave for 15 seconds. Just wonderful
