Fits well and satisfied with purchase
I ordered two of these online after reading multiple reviews about their fit and ability to stop leaks. I was not disappointed and they are great for the price!

Amazing product
Have used Thinx for over five years. I have several and wear them every day. I wash them on a delicate cycle in my washing machine. Best solution to my occasional leaks. I have recommended to my friends. They love them also. They are an investment but well worth it. Love love, love them.

Grandma Panties
I’ve used Thinx bladder control underwear for about 7–8 years, and they do make a reliable product, especially when it comes to odor control. That part has consistently worked well for me. My frustration is with the limited color and fabric options. The cuts are fine, but the styles feel dated. When your choices are basically dusty rose, gray, black, or beige, it starts to feel more medical than modern. I want underwear that works and feels normal—maybe even a little fun. The basic brief is also very bulky—much thicker than their other styles. It would be great for heavier bladder leaks, but for lighter leaks, it feels like more than necessary. Price and longevity are another concern. At around $40 a pair and an estimated lifespan of about 30 washes, it’s hard to justify the cost—especially if you’re rotating just a few pairs. Overall, Thinx works, but it feels dated. Because of the limited fabric weights and color choices, but marginal enough that I’ve switched brands. If Thinx expanded their options, I’d happily come back. I want protection and playfulness—not just function.
