I am big fan of Alec. His instructions and break down on guard retention techniques are beginner friendly. Easy to understand and improved my gi and nogi game dramatically. Worth of money :pray::pray:

Alec's instruction is clear. The techniques are very accessible. I can't wait for other modules in the series. All in all, a great package. I would definitely recommend this dvd to anyone looking for great instruction on maintaining the guard.
