If you ever expect any customer service from Loom and Table you will be VERY disappointed. I ordered a nice tablecloth in the wrong color. I immediately realized my mistake and sent an email from their 'contact us' link and I received no response and nothing remotely suggests they even have any customer service. I sent another email a few hours and once again no response. They also don't respond to messages on their Instagram account. I like the tablecloth I ordered (albeit in the wrong color) but I will not be ordering again from this website.
