Professional 4 Knife Set

Very sleek, but can be a bit more...

This set is great for a cheese lover & charcuterie board maker. I’m used to my knives being a lot heavier and sturdy, these are delicate and very lightweight. I assume the lack of weight is better for delicate cheeses. I’ll be putting these to work with my charcuterie business and look forward to giving an update soon.
