Took this along with a Curcumin supplement before my major ankle surgery that included an osteotomy and ankle fusion. Healed faster than ever expected - 4 months to very active, versus 6 -12 expected! Gotta think it helped. I'm 60 and female so I plan to continue taking it. Like that it has Magnesium in a very digestible form, plus Boron etc -- all the extra elements we often do not get.
