Great to have on hand!
I like to rub this on my neck and temples when I have a migraine or need to relax before bed. It smells great and feels soothing.

I have been using and loving this product for awhile now. I use it to help me ground and also as part of my pre-sleep ritual when I massage it into sore joints and muscles.
