So happy to be able to get the remotes. The person I was emailing with was very helpful and patient with me while I tried to get the remotes programmed

The autoslide has been a lifesaver as my wife had ankle surgery and can’t go up and the steps to let our 3 labs out while I’m at work. The installation couldn’t have been any easier!! Programming was just as easy after watching the video. I would definitely recommend this opener to anyone with difficulty getting to or opening the door…. . For me it gets a 10 star rating!

Additional remote

I ordered an additional remote control for my autoslide. It worked but had to press it several times to make it work. Technical support via email suggested changing out batteries which did work in resolving issue. I am happy with the remote and autoslide, but lose one star for depleted batteries in replacement.
