We are on our 5th bat for my son and they’ve all been Sam Bats. My son received an autographed bat from his coach who played in the MLB and used Sam Bat. When it was time to start using wood bats my son wanted the same brand. We n ver had any issues until our last purchase. The bat was delivered with a misprint on the inscription so I thought I’d write the company to see what we could do to fix it. They told me to keep the bat and use it as functionality there was nothing wrong with it and they would send out a new one with the correct inscription. My son was blown away and told me that when he makes it to the MLB he will only use Sam Bat! Thank you for taking customer Service to the next level. We will only purchase Sam Bats from now on!
