Good but not always consistent.
I’ve really liked the flavor of the potatoes but it’s been hard to get some of the bigger pieces to soften up in the microwave. I’ve had to put them back in the microwave longer than the recommended time and still had some hard/rubbery pieces. It seems like some of the pieces (mostly the big chunks) don’t get cooked all the way through initially before being frozen and shipped. If there’s a little more focus on the entire batch of potatoes being cooked all the way through or maybe diced a little smaller to help cook through these could be a 5 star rating. It’s only been a small portion of the potatoes I’ve received so it’s not the end of the world and I really do appreciate the convenience and flavor of the IM products.
