Wonderful Customer Service, Fast Response Time
I ordered this as an anniversary gift for my husband and myself in July. Our anniversary isn't until November, but with how slow the mailing system is right now, along with the fact that this is a personalized gift, I decided to order early. After I placed my order I received the email thanking me for my purchase and requesting how I would like it personalized. The team was very prompt in returning email, and sending drafts and making any adjustments, and by the end of the day they nailed the design esthetic I wanted. I opted for the slowest mailing option because I had plenty of time until I needed it. The three to five businesses days was perfectly on time, and 5 full business days after I purchased the canvases, they arrived at my door. I can't put them up for a few more months, so they are hiding right now, but I'll share a few photos because I'm so happy with not just how they came out, but also with the whole process.
