Issue to start but really good customer service to fix
There was an issue to start with as the vouchers weren't issued, I assumed they would be posted to me as physical vouchers as I didn't receive the e-voucher. Was expecting them to be at home when I got home from holiday.
However got a call from AMA to say there had been an issue and that they would send new ones that day - I hadn't followed up, they did it as part of their customer service.
So pretty awesome service!
Would have given 5 stars but it means they didn't get their for XMas.
