I’ve put in yogurt and it works great for that. I haven’t tried anything very liquidy yet but looks like it is spill proof. The only thing that would make my rating a 5 star is if it were easier to open. But maybe the design is that way so that it would be more spill proof.

Ecolunchpod is perfect for a lunch side
The small rectangular eco pod is perfect for a lunch side of carrot sticks, rectangular saltines, or two squares of a chocolate bar. My last two went walkabout, so I am happy I could replace them.
