Hyperpremium Organic

I love all of your matchas but hyperpremium organic is my favorite! It froths nicely and tastes great.

This brand positions themselves as a premium product and sells at a premium price. I normally get organic ceremonial match for close to half the cost of this, but figured I'd go for it anyway. The matcha has a weak and watery texture and consistency, using standard brewing methods, it simply had a total lack of froth and flavour. When I contacted their support asking if maybe there was an alternative brewing method or possibly I got a bad batch, they literally reapplied with a single sentence "So sorry you didn't like our matcha, Drew". There was no attempt to offer advice or guidance or God forbid a refund or exchange which I didn't even ask for. Horrible customer service and product for the money.
