Must Have Kit

Snakes are not just a summer hazard in a lot of Australia. I had a close encounter with a red-bellied black snake in May near Thredbo, riding my mountain. bike. The snake struck and hit the bike frame rather then me. I had my kit in my backpack which would have been needed if someone in our group was bitten.

Good kit

Added a Tourniquet and trauma bandage so I’m prepared for anything! Particularly when on the boat or remote surf adventures.

Impressed

This is a fantastic kit, great size and weight. Fit well in my hiking backpack, nice and compact. Thankfully haven’t needed it yet, but now wouldn’t camp/hike/travel without it.
