Amazing
I liked the is bag more than I expected. The front pockets are very convenient and the main two pockets have enough room for my edc stuff. Would take this bag on trips, work and plane.

The perfect work bag
This bag is perfect for my daily work life. It holds my laptop and plenty of personal items, while still remaining compact. Everything about this bag is well-designed, from the pockets to the multi-optional modes of carrying. I love having the option of a backpack OR a shoulder bag, depending on what else I may be carrying.

Pen holders are missing
I like the suitcase but have one complaint: there are no designated pockets/holders for pens. That is a disappointment. Finding also that the unused parts of the straps from the backpack are too long and are dangling around. No way to tuck them in neatly.
