Bought this pack for my friends birthday, paid extra money for gift bag and card. However, was delivered without gift card and not gift wrapped. My friend had no idea who it was from when it arrived! After few days, I thought it was strange that she didn’t call…how could she know who it was from, when no card was with it! Very disappointed
