I love the way that it lets you separate all your exercises reps and weights. It helps me keep track of all my goals.

Setup of this book is great. A training log doesn't need a bunch of fancy stuff, and I don't need to track food or cardio. Just big space to write an exercise and up to 8 sets - great for high volume days.
