I like that I'm supporting a local roaster and that the coffee smelled and tasted delicious! I'll definitely be a repeat customer. My only 'complaint' is that the 'roasted on' date wasn't on the bag which has no bearing on the quality of the coffee but is simply a 'nice-to-have'.
