It REALLY gets to fit fast, I also got the nutrition plan and the recipes are awesome. There are no macros in the recipes just in case anyone was wondering. The workouts are around 30 minutes if you total the warm up and cool down, they’re tough but I love it.

No more excuses
I just finished the pre-training workouts and getting ready to dive in to the REAL deal. I love the idea of working out smart and getting the same if not better results compared to traditional cardio workouts. I also like that there are multiple ways of showing how the individual exercises are done. Having the book also ensures that I can still do the workouts even if I don't have internet connection, another reason to not have an excuse!

It’s okay
I like the idea of this program very much and some parts are excellent. The videos provide clear instruction without a lot of useless chatter. The one thing I don’t love is the amount of gym time required. I need to workout at home most days, but even when I can go to the gym, all off the equipment needed for the exercises presented are often in separate rooms at my gym. I can exactly do the leg extension machine for 45 seconds and then use my 15 second rest time to go to the area that has the sled to push across the floor. I find myself having to modify the exercises every gym day and, if I’m going to go to all that trouble, I might as well save $50 and download stuff from YouTube.
