Pleased so far

I couldn't swallow those big capsules, so I open them and mix them into a little kefir cream (cultured long enough to break down virtually all the lactose) to eat right before bed. I sleep very well after that. I'm sure it will be years before I can tell if it has slowed osteoporosis down any. But for now, I'm happy with it.

The daily dose

I need at least 1000 mg of calcium a day, given my bone needs and health. I will not buy a product that doesn't fulfill my needs. I will not take 12 capsules
