Easy to change, and much quieter.
Easy to change, and it is so quiet now! I didn't realize how loud the "swishing" was until my first ride with the new wheels!
(Just be careful with the reverse-threaded side.)

Easy Installation If You Watch How-to Videos
Item was good quality and a perfect fit for my 8C. There’s not a lot to say about a plastic part other than it feels sturdy and well made, I’m sure it will last a long time. My advice is to watch a few installation videos several times until you understand what you’re getting into. I did that and installation was smooth and easy.
