Absolutely no response from customer service.

Reached out countless times to their customer service email and no one got back to me once. I needed to confront them about an issue with my product. But shockingly no one responded to me even once and now I am stuck with a defective product due to the fact I could not get in touch with anyone from your team. I was excited to receive this and now am sitting here with a waste of money.
