Montpelier Swing Set

They threw the pallet in my front lawn and continually didn’t show up for assembly. It sat on my lawn for over 21 days. No one reached out to remedy the situation, despite my constant phone calls. Action was finally taken when I threatened to contact the BBB, and I did not receive any sort of refund or compensation for the abysmal customer service.

Recieved set on time. However, low rating because of the poor communication in setting up an assembly appointment It takes longer than expected to even get an appointment scheduled. I am still waiting for an appointment, 10 days and counting....
