Got tacky really fast, straight out of the bottle it was stringy, I have 30-35% humidity and 65-70 degrees F. I store all my adhesives in an airtight container.
I had 1 new client come in for a full set and she has not returned, didn’t respond when I asked her about her lashes. So I’m not sure if the retention was good.
I usually have decent 4 week retention. Don’t know if I just got a bad batch, but it didn’t seem to stick or dry well for me
I reached out about this issue and they were able to give me a partial refund, which I appreciate.
Good brand and good customer service. Just didn’t have the best experience with the bottle I got.
