Preworkout
The flavor was like horrible it smelled good but the aftertaste we could not get past even after we added more water to it the bottle was very nice but the preworkout could use some work

Pretty good.
The flavor wasnt horrible like a lot of other pre-workout products. It did give a slight boost in energy, which was nice to have during my workout. I didn't feel jittery and my heart was nor pounding. It didn't make me dizzy or lightheaded. I'd call it a win. I wouldn't say its the best, but by far it's not the worst.
