Not happy this time with this Colombia Decaf Blend

I’ve been ordering this coffee every couple months in the range of total $100 per order, after I found about this company in July. First two orders were all fine but in my last order on Nov. 14, 2025 (order# 2410686), when I ordered 2 packs of this Decaf blend, it has been below par. All other coffee packs in that order are good, it’s just this Decaf which doesn’t generate any crema, and yields a very watery disappointing espresso. I’m using exact same equipment, dosage, water, timing /water flow, yet this Decaf package this time has disappointed me immensely. I know the return/refund policy holds good for 14 days only, but I don’t understand how is that a good return policy especially when someone orders multiple packs of coffee, and won’t know if any of them are not good, until they finish one pack after the other to keep the freshness. I’m writing this with great hope that someone reads this review and is able to help me with this, in case Browny Coffee does care about customer satisfaction and retention. Sincerely, Abhilash
