The Submariner

Really pleased with the Submariner top ! Very good quality material and great fit.

The shirt has become my favorite. The thickness of the fabric, the size and how it fits are among the features that influenced my perspective. I hope we’ll have years together and I look forward to buying more such shirts in the future.

These shirts represent a sort of formal perfection beyond which there is nowhere left to go - the J.S.Bach or Georgian cutlery of tops, if you like. I’ve been wearing them for 50 years or so now, and am inclined to think I may be buried in this one, with my dog’s ashes beside me. They’re THAT good.
