Never Again Will I Buy From You!! EVER!!!!
I have purchased THREE of these. One has failed. I contacted the company and they said if I pay the $6.00 shipping fee, they would replace it. After two weeks, I contacted them asking where my replacement was and they said “they had no record of it or me ever purchasing any of these” and cancelled the order. Hmmm no record of the order but I was just asked to leave a review of my recent transaction with them? So.......I was good enough to buy three of these but then they wouldn’t back up their warranty. I will never do business with them again. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Shipping Costs
I had additional shipping costs because the first adapter did not fit. The first adapter was sent back to your home office overseas. Thanks. If you ever want to send any adapters to test their fit let me know. PC - Dell Inspiron 14" [5493]

Shipment sent back to seller
Due to wrong address on package it was returned to seller by a mistake at the local post office. Seller re shipped package again very fast. Very good service from seller.
