I only use vow at the gym and on gigs

I love the powder version when I have access to to water and a bottle that’s ready to go, keeps me hydrated and feeling good at the gym. When I’m on the go: especially as a working musician I always keep the chewables with me. They work a dream: I share them with fellow performers and they go down a storm. The leave me feeling good after an energetic two hours on stage!

Great Intra Workout

This is by far the best intrawork out supplement I have had. Covers all the bases, gives me a great mid workout boost and tastes great.
