Going the extra mile
I ordered the mug as gift for a friend and inadvertently pressed ‘order’ before realising that I hadn’t changed the delivery address to my friend’s.
I emailed Jin and, although the order had already been dispatched, Jin contacted the courier, and had it redirected whilst in transit.
My friend was delighted.
A great example of going the extra mile so that i didn’t have to deliver the gift and go the extra mile myself! Absolutely delighted with the personal service and customer care. Thank you
