I bake granola on the large cookie sheet and it works beautifully. For granola, slightly higher raised edges would be better, but the spacious surface is great. And it washes clean so easily.

This is the best cookie sheet I've ever had. Very sturdy. Doesn't warp. You can tell its made well just from the feel of it. Very heavy duty.
