EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED
The rest of the order never arrived and customer support hasn't followed up after weeks of attempts. I'm considering returning this product if I don't hear back in the next 24 hours

After adjusting the front door, I didn't need to use the Haven Riser.

I contacted support and no response
I had received broken risers and was told I will get replacements which never happened. Now they have been ignoring my emails for a week.
