The item itself is cheaply made, as well as made for what appears to be children. It was so small and fit so tightly to my nose you couldn’t tell I had it in. I have small hands and it even looks small in that picture.

I searched for a very long time for small septum clickers that were fancy, smaller in size, but also in 14 Guage. These have a strong click, and hold very nicely. Highly recommend.
